I am Maggie De Verter, the photographer and creator of this page.

My partner Andrew and I left Portland, Oregon USA in February 2015 to travel and work wherever my scheming might take us. We were tired of city living and wanted more out of our lives. We have since worked on a livestock ranch in Wyoming, USA; traveled, worked, and enjoyed our way through New Zealand for a year; and explored SE Asia for four months. We are currently in Forest Grove, Oregon, gearing up for our next adventure.

While I have always had an interest in photography, the time away has given me countless stunning locations to capture and hours to myself for working on this art. My content for photography is based on an appreciation for our outdoor life; the hiking, camping, rural living, and landscapes we have experienced along the way.
